Phillips drill bits

Phillips drill bits is a patented design with a cruciform head designed by Henry Phillips in the 1930s. The original use was for an easy slip out of the hole bored, when torque is applied.

Ribbed Phillips drill bits grip better and use less pressure needed to keep contact between the driver and screw.

Titanium drill bits are coated to prolong the performance of the bit. With a titanium coated drill bit, provide greater friction between the fastener and the bit.
